We cannot heal what we cannot feel. So without recovery, our toxic shame gets carried for generations. – John Bradshaw

What are the different forms of shame and what does it mean to be a shame-based person? What can you do about it once you acknowledge the experience of shame and the impact it is having on you?

Join Danielle Hulan, MSW, RSW for a 60-minute lunchtime workshop surrounding all things shame, informed by John Bradshaw’s text Healing the Shame that Binds You.

By the end of this workshop, you will have an understanding of the different types of shame, how shame might be impacting your mental health and your relationships, and what you can do about it.
