Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and you don’t have to face them alone. I am passionate about working with you to explore the depths of your emotions, understand patterns of behaviour, and cultivate a path towards positive change. Together, we’ll work towards understanding the roots of your struggles and developing practical strategies for positive change.

Having transitioned from law to psychotherapy, I have a unique background and keenly understand anxiety, stress, pressure, and the inner critical voice that can get very loud. I offer a compassionate and insightful approach, using a psychodynamic approach and narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioural therapy to help you navigate complex emotions and experiences.

Compassion is the heartbeat of my practice. I am dedicated to fostering a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings. Every client is met with kindness, respect, and acceptance, creating a safe haven where vulnerability is honoured and celebrated.

What are you listening to right now?

I am forever listening to Drake or anything R&B/Hip Hop. Also, Taylor Swift. And Justin Bieber.

What are you reading right now?

I’m always reading something! Right now, it’s Ithaca by Claire North.

What’s your favourite way to spend free time?

I love having a morning coffee on a walk with a friend, reading a great book (historical fiction, preferably!), watching reality TV, spending time and laughing with friends.

Who do you work with?

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and disordered eating. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who work in a professional field, having transitioned from law to psychotherapy myself.

What would you like for a client to say about working with you?

I hope my clients say they felt safe, heard, and empowered. I also hope they develop greater self-compassion and a stronger connection to their authentic self.

Have you ever read a book that changed your life?

Many! Anne of Green Gables, A Gentleman in Moscow, The Night Circus

What is your favourite poem?

Wild Geese by Mary Oliver

You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.
