Are you covered by OHIP?

Are you covered by my Insurance benefits?

You can submit your receipts during tax season under the Medical Expense Tax Credit (METC).
See here for more information.
What is the fee for a session?
Sessions with our therapists range from $135 to $175 per 50-minute session. All of our therapists at The Cove offer an Accessible Therapy/Sliding Scale Program as part of their practice; however, these spaces are in high demand and may come with a waitlist. There are other ways to find affordable therapy – The Affordable Therapy Network is an incredible resource for this!
What is your cancellation policy?
Please allow 24 hours (or more if possible) to reschedule or cancel your session. Without 24 hours notice the full session fee is charged.
Are sessions confidential?
Registered Social Work services and Registered Psychotherapy services are regulated professions that are required by law to maintain client confidentiality. This means that what you discuss in your therapy sessions with your therapist is private. Your therapist will discuss limitations to confidentiality with you, as there are sometimes cases where issues of safety may take precedence over privacy.
